It could be taken from any of the current dvd brands for Hum.

That has to be a bootleg version. There are so many fake Eros DVDs floating around on eBay and I would advise you to avoid them.

Did anyone get hold of PEN version of Hum ?? This DVD was available by PEN 3-4 years ago. PEN prints were pretty good. Later on many PEN titles became available by Moserbaer-PEN but they were slightly worst than orig PEN prints (I did buy one such title, both versions for comparison). Even if it's Moserbaer-PEN, it still will be miles ahead of all the other crap that has been floating around.

BTW, even Ultra youtube version is better than the other (all crap) Samraat, KMI, Eagle etc versions, that we have seen so far.

Best will be to find PEN version. If not PEN solo, then Moserbaer-PEN.
