Sounds like the 'rental' VCDs I've seen for sale in India - no proper cover, in a plastic wallet, and dirt cheap. Oh yeah, crap quality as well!

Super DVDs all appear to be PAL. At least this one (see above) is...
Audio is just 2.0 -- no 5.1 -- no subtitles either. At least on the example...

I came across a few on Induna and suprising even though they havent been released on DVD earlier like Zulm Ki Hukumat, Zaalim etc.
