Great news that Eros is going to replace the defective DVDs, and do a new production for the DVDs of Om Shanti Om. (I'm sure it will not cost Eros anything) since Jet Speed Audio per contract will be replacing all DVDs at no cost to Eros.. Eros would only be paying shipping to send out the new DVDs to customers who return the defective DVDs to them.

Now where do I sign up for the exchange? After having bought and having it replaced four times from one store, I bought the DVD from another store hoping against hope that I might get a proper functioning disc. But as would be expected the fifth DVD also does not work and this store, bastards, wont even replace it.

No offense but good luck to all in getting your discs exchanged .. I dont see ERO$ like the giants Warner / Sony / Disney who when they mess up easily do an exchange .. My last exchange was for the Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl and they didnt even as for the original defective disc .. they just sent me a new one once they verified the UPC code.

No offense to anyone and I hope your exchange goes through successfully but be ready to loose your discs and money .. Glad I didnt buy OSO.

BTW .. Eros and their Blu Ray Heyy Babyy is showing Out Of Stock yet they charged my CC and are not replying to my email! Terrible Service and you think this OSO exchange program will work?
