Ordered this hoping for the Eros/DEI version, got a disc with just Eros International label on it. I'm assuming this is one of those discs redone by Eros after their breakup of their partnership with DEI.

I haven't seen the Eros/DEI version, so can't really make a comparison. The picture is cropped and non-anamorphic, and not too bad. The color is dull in certain scenes though. The sound is a decent mono.

Comment: clean and mainly blemish free source - only minor speckles noticed now and again. Video shows good colour and contrast although it never shines or has that added depth of vibrancy you see on properly mastered DVDs -. quite much sharped which made ugly artifacts. Bit-rate is fixed at a constant 7.2Mb/sec - slight compression and noise reduction problems rear their ugly head with finer details especially on the smallest amount of motion.
