There is a big issue going on with our mail server. It is flooded with thousands of email / day. While we do have all the spam control and everything we somehoe end up getting these junk emails and filtering a genuine email from this SPAM is really difficult.
I sincerely thank Zulm for providing an opportunity for the retailers as well to interact with our customers. Since these type of open interaction seems to be more appreciatable (and in some cases, some of your question might already be answered by others!) we have created a discussion forum in our site itself.

Going forward all your question related to your specific order or a general question about a specific DVD or all other questions that you may have, can be posted here so that it will help other customers as well to see the level of service we provide.
Any confidential information [your email id, your address and needless to say your CC info] should be avoided in these open forums, but should be sent thru Private Messages.
I will send out a broadcasting message for all our customers today, but I thought I will post it here, because Zulm happens to be my home page because this is the first platform for us to interact with customers.
