I ordered 3 tamil DVDs a few weeks ago: "Azhagiya theeye," "Raam" and "M. Kumaran s/o Mahalakshmi." However I didn't receive the 3rd one. I had absolutely no idea why. So I left them an inquiry online and called. The lady said she'd get back to me, but by that time I had an email stating that the DVDs for "M. Kumaran..." were damaged when arrived from manufacturer, and they'll send me another one. I wonder how long it will take. I've already been charged. I hope I can get refunded if the DVDs are not expected to arrive soon.

There was a prompt reply to my inquiry, and I appreciated that. However, I hope that when a DVD is not shipped, you can include a disclaimer in the package as to why without the customer asking. Also if I could get some detail on when the DVD is expected, that would be great. My parents really wanted to see it.

M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi had factory damages straight from Ayngaran. I placed repeated orders with Ayngaran itself (the US distributors does not want to order them back because they have more than 200 pieces sitting with them all damaged) and Ayngaran could not send me even 5 pieces.

I am looking inot why your card is charged, since it is a mistake from our end.

If your parents are really interested to watch the movie, I will send our rental copy for now and when I get the DVD in good condition I can replace it for the rental copy. I will not charge you for the rental copy (unless you want to buy it used for 7.99)

Please do let me know (PM would be preferable) how to proceed.

I talk to Ayngaran and they promised me to ship MKSM today itself. Once I receive the DVD, I will open one of the pieces and make sure it doesnt have any defects. If I am satisfied, I will ship your DVD immediately.

Meanwhile, I will send you the rental copy so that you can watch the movie and along with the DVD that you purchased, I will send you the return envelope for returning the rental DVD.

There is a big issue going on with our mail server. It is flooded with thousands of email / day. While we do have all the spam control and everything we somehoe end up getting these junk emails and filtering a genuine email from this SPAM is really difficult.

I sincerely thank Zulm for providing an opportunity for the retailers as well to interact with our customers. Just confirmed that your CC was charged only for the 2 DVDs we shipped. Your CC was charged $34.98 (on 5/30/2005) for 2 DVDs and adjusted shipping cost. This is one thing that we do, never charge customer until we pack the item and charge CC only for the items we shiped. We dont believe in charging and shipping the product eventually because if we forget to ship the DVD, my credit history both with customers and in general will go south. The only time we missed this was with another fellow Zulmni's but this was a mistake from CC software (charged twice with in a second) and it is escalated to CC provider.

Appologies again for not informing you about the unavailability of the product.

I apologize for stating that my CC was charged for all movies. You're right: It wasn't! I only checked the invoice on your website which had the whole amount. So I assumed that the CC would be charged the same. My apologies!

We would still like to see the movie. I would definitely place an order if you get some good copies of "M. Kumaran.." in. Even a rental copy is good until then. Please let me know if I will need to place a separate order for any of this on your website.

DU, is it possible to add covers to some of the Compilation discs? I see a "G.H. Ilaiyaraaja" CD, but there is no cover or track listing, or SKU, or brand.

as you are aware, I have plenty of IR discs, a lot of dupes, as much as I'd like to rack up dupes, I can't afford to. lol

it would be good to have track listing in the album details page. some like me would buy a comp disc for 1 track!!

Gajni is good, lot like Anniyan, all peppy song.

Cleopatra is a surprise. I thought its by some new MD, but its actually from Deva. It has couple of ARR type song, couple of HJ type song, and couple of YSR type song. The remix song is damn good.

If you are not a great fan of HJ, dont buy, but if you like HJ, its a must buy.
