This one from D4U is trash. transfer from a print that has so much wear & tear makes you wonder how it survived being used again for this DVD transfer. I have nothing against D grade movies but D grade movie in a F grade transfer from a Z grade label takes the cake.

D4U should be relabled T4U (T is for trash)

Ouch Ouch Ouch!!!

This was a favorite from childhood days, and I was planning on getting the DVD. But then, I've realized that a lot of movies that I remembered as great/highly entertaining are corny (Trishul) or outright bad (Purab aur Paschim) when viewed through adult eyes.

Oh well, another $11.00 saved.

chaver if you really wanna see something corny starring Dara Singh try Aaya Toofan. I watched this rental with some of my friends for a good laugh (although this one has some really good tunes by laxmikant Pyarelal). Although i wouldn't recommend DVD releases by Sky this was not a bad transfer and appears to been transferred from original print, which for a movie almost 35 years old appears to be in a good shape. I am sure you will have a good laugh with all those vintage special effects,bad sets and bad acting except Helen who looks pretty stunning and by the way she was Dara's leading lady in this one. let me know if you had a good laugh.
