Hi,

Just wanted to let you know that I placed an order for the 16 dvd set of Ramayan and teh 8 dvd set of Luv Kush from indiandvddept. Harish Chander was ver helpful, dvds arrived in 10 days from ordering, shiping costs are on par wih IW although the selection at iddi is not very large, prices are good.

I will be orderign again.

Where are you based? Are you in the same country as indiandvddepot.com?

Just had a look at this place - it has Chupke Chupke, Don, Bawarchi and Upkar for $0.89 each.....

Can you tell me how much you paid for shipping ? I added about 9 titles (each .89 cents). It was so ridiculous to see shipping charges at 2.99 each dvd. I have also emailed them asking about their shipping policy. Secondly it seems to me either they are carrying subpar dvds like Baba digital (case in point is Abhimaan) or pirated dvds.

I am UK based, shipping was $19.99 for the whole order which was nearly $200, speak with Harish, he even declared the goods under £40 quid so I did not get hit for tax.

Thanks for the reply. I got reply from Harish. He said that all the DVDs are either BABA digital or Spark. I am not interested in those brands anyway.

I checked to see if I ordered a DVD @ $2.99 how much it would cost to ship to Canada. IW.com approx $3 shipping total would be $5.99 US ($8.48 Canadian) while this new site $2.99 (DVD) + $2.99 (Processing fee) + $19.99 (Shipping) = $26 US ($36.80 Canadian) :oo: :O :bangbang:

Canadian shopper beware and stick with IW...they carry all brands, take request and have excellent customer (for me they are tops so far!) :D

The customs limit is £18.00, so although he may have underdeclared to £40.00 you still could have got stung by UK customs.

Consider yourself lucky.

looks 2 me that there dvds are pirated with orig. covers could they be orig. :keh: :keh:
