Can anyone in contact with DEI confirm if there are any plans to release Karma, The Great Gambler, Raja Ki Ayegi Baraat, Jaag Utha Insan (Sridevi), on DVD.

How about some of Nasseeruddin Shah's films? No fucker seems to be releasing any art films, Sparsh, Ardh Satya, Masoom, Chakra etc.

I believe Masoom has been released by Baba but I can't tell you about the quality. Probably crap.
