firstly the dvds that get stuck are they originals???
freezing & skipping is mostly common on bootleg dvdr/silvers !!!
from this forumn it has been reported that VIDEOSOUND dvds are manufactured on cheap disc and are likely to freeze after more than a few viewing i can vouch for that because my DIL CHATA HAI no longer works!!!

Unfortunately every other Indian DVD company uses silver discs now - my copy of Danger has started freezing, and I haven't even seen the entire movie once yet!

I'm not sure of any solution :( I know what you mean about wanting to return the DVDs

The only thing you can really do is try to find an alternative use for them..............like using them as coasters  :ffs:

The only solution to this problem is for some of you who live in the US to file a complaint witht he Better Business Bureau. That would be the only way to make these idiots use decent media.

i live in usa.....do they really take action if i go there and complain??? cause i will do it man....this is not right....whats the use of buying something that gets bad after couple of tries....and u cant return it even if u have bill....they only give u 15 days....and u cant help it, if there is a movie that u been waitin to get for many years and finally it comes in dvd, there is only one choice of brand....u know this brand is bad, but still u have to get it cause there is no other brand will make it unless there is more demand to it and the other brand agrees to make....then there is copywrite shit....and lord knows what else...hehehe....u see what i am sayin man....i wonder when the hell we will get some quality dvds like american dvds....btw whats the address of the place where u complain??? http://www.fbi.com ... lol :) oh yea...why would american fbi's or dvd investigators would give a dam about indian dvds???? isnt that india's concern since its there products and copywrite materials??? and if it is made in america, it should be good.....isn't american products are considered one of the best in the world??? :)

i would complain but i have not run into this sort of problem yet,
of course i don't buy most of the crap
i do have DCH, but it seems to be working without problem so far,
i have Virasat, but only played it once...a potential candidate
i have refugee, no problems there
the rest of my dvd's are DEI...all good
anyways you can try better business bureau
i wish that most of the indian customers actually cared and did something to get the best or reasonable quality products
