Yukta opts out of Market

One actress (?) whom lady luck just refuses to smile on is Yukta Mookhey. Her career seems to have fizzled out even before it has started. Her first film Pyaasa starring Aftab Shivdasani and Zulfi Sayed has still to see the light of the day. The poor producer of the film it seems had to even dispose of his house and move to a rented house to meet with the funds required for the film. "Aftab and Zulfi waived off their fees for me. But Yukta refused to even do that," he complained. Hardly had this bit of news died down and we heard that she was also no more in Market. "Yes she is not doing the film anymore," confirmed her mother. "It is just that since Yukta had fractured her arm, she could not issue dates for the film." Wait there's more. Yukta who was asked to judge a Miss Vidarbha beauty contest threw a tantrum demanding a part payment immediately even though she was promised that it would be made after the show. Yukta is gaining quite a reputation must say!.

*** same with GRACY SINGH! even her LAGAAN was super hit, she was not a SALABLE item EASY, SOUTH is a DIFF story! :baaa: ???

Gracy out Neha Dhupia in

Ex-Miss India Neha Dhupia has replaced Gracy Singh in Harry Baweja's Qayamant. Baweja had launched the film a few months ago. However the heroine of the film Gracy Singh had some date problems and could not attend the first schedule. Thus, Neha Dhupia was roped in. Gracy, who won accolades with Lagaan, currently has a film with Tusshar Kapoor that is a remake Telugu superhit Badri. She also has Armaan the film that marks the debut of writer Honey Irani as a director. Preity Zinta, Anil Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan are her co-stars in the film.

Im glad Yukta is not acting, she was quite a scary looking gal. In the Tamil film Poovelam Un Vassum, in which she appears for one song, her dancing was bloody awful even I could do better on the dance floor to! And I ain't exaggarating..

Even model turn actress Prianka Chopra is one of the worse actors I have seen on the big screen. Her film debut "Tamilian" was the worse ever debut seen in an Indian film. God Knows how any Hindi producers could hire her after watching her crooning around with Tamil Actor Vijay...

Didn't know Badri was being remade into Hindi, the Tamil version with Vijay was actually a decent action/drama flick. God knows how plain experssion Thussar will manage with such a demanding role??? I recommend watching the original version on DVD...I think Pyramid has released it with Eng. Subtitles and Dolby 5.1

U right! Sunny! this DOOKHE MOOKHEE, I saw her in EXTENDED PYAASA preview( in dumpster movie, being RESHOT) she was scarrily PATHETIc and UGLy and ?? I dont know DISGUSTING! thats when I passed my verdict!

Write off!! Tushaar, he is NO WHERE!

UDAY CHOPDA!! CHOPAT..GIVE ME A BREAK!

I dont know HOW gracy did in INDRA? or SANTHOSHAM? one of the two? but!! her looks are not GOING to Work, man! in HINDI FILMS!

**** But GIVE HANDS and WELCOME to LUCKY ALI, even being in 40s, he looks DASHING and PERFORMED REALLY WELL in SUR! His diologues are a BIT FLAT voice?? need training as his SINGING voice has LIMITATION Tones, MONO or BI, not much range too!
IMHO, he should win nomination for bEST ACTOR/NEW COMER for SUR!! Highly recomended!

Secondally, NEW COMER..GAURI KARNIYAK??? has done a GOOD job in SUR! she is NO GLAMOUR, NO LOOKS based GAL!
BUT she is vERY NATURAL, her performance was PRAISE WORTHY! very natural, SHE WILL MAKE IT! one day!

KAJOL was the same when I saw her in BEKHOODI! just nATURAL!!
BUT GK might not be KAJOL, but preety gOOD!

Another nEW COMER , I'll mention is GIRL from AB KE BARAS and LOBS, She is GOOD!! she looks, acts, dance GOOD!

She is AMITA, may be not ARORA< and no way the SUBASH GHAII's nEW CAT INTEREST gal from APD!! she is lousy, even in CHADDI! man! :baaa: :bangbang: ??? :angry:

arsh bhai that ab ke baras/lobs gal is amrita rao....... and boy do i agree about yukta mookhey. I'll be glad if none of her films make it and she gives up the idea of becoming an actress and spare us the torture ......
as for gracy singh she has a better chance of making it even though she isnt a conventional heroine looks wise... but if she does nice/ meaningful roles then maybe.... maybe she will move on to art cinema......
i wonder what u thought of that actress in myksh her name was sanjana or something.....

The original telugu version with Pawan Kalyan, Amisha Patel and Renu Desai is also available. Pawan Kalyan's reputation went skyhigh after Tholiprema(Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai in Hindi) and Badri(remade with same name into tamil)

The DVD is of good video quality but no 5.1 or subtitles

If u have seen making of MYKSH..? Yash chpra said, iss ladki ko 6 maheena training diya?

A...I said" phir bhi luch nahin bana"!!ha ha! :laugh: :bangbang:

I think, cast of MYKSH, UDAY, and SANJANa even SHERGILL was the WEAKEST link of the film!!

Baki aap khud sAMAJHDAAR ho!! :laugh:
