Hey! I was just wondering if anyone is going to the free preview screenings of The Guru? They were advertising in movie magazine and also on radio sargam. I'm going to the Wood Green one in London...let me know if anyone else is going!!

The voucher thing is here: http://www.radiosargam.com/news/competi ... cial2.html

More Details:

FREE TICKETS FOR 'THE GURU'
RS EXCLUSIVE

Radio Sargam have teamed up with Cineworld Cinemas in the UK to offer our British readers an opportunity to watch a special preview screening of the forthcoming movie 'The Guru' for FREE!

The much-awaited movie, which stars the likes of Jimi Mistri, Heather Graham, Marisa Tomei and Sanjeev Bhaskar, hits the big screen on the 23rd August 2002.

However you can watch it before everyone else by attending this special screening, which takes place on Monday 19th August at your local Cineworld Cinema.

How do you claim your free tickets? Simply print out our special invitation letter and take it to your local Cineworld cinema from Monday 12th August. You will then be presented with a pair of tickets for yourself and a guest for FREE!

However, you must be quick, because tickets are being given away on 'first come first served' basis. We cannot guarantee tickets for all Radio Sargam readers, so the quicker you print out the invitation and take it to the Cineworld box office, the better your chances of getting free tickets.

The movie is about a young Indian dance teacher named Ramu Gupta, who embarks for New York City in pursuit of fame and fortune only to find himself working as a waiter in an Indian restaurant. Through an encounter with Sharonna, a beautiful adult-film star, the shy inexperienced Ramu is mistaken for a spiritual leader - the Guru of Sex - and becomes an overnight celebrity. Fame comes at a price, however, and Ramu must choose between his newfound fame and his growing love for the beautiful Sharonna.

TO CLAIM YOUR FREE TICKETS, CLICK HERE FOR THE INVITATION LETTER WHICH MUST BE PRINTED AND TAKEN TO YOUR LOCAL CINEWORLD CINEMA!

THE FOLLOWING CINEWORLD SITES ARE TAKING PART IN THE PROMOTION: Ashford, Bexleyheath, Bishops Stortford, Bradford, Bristol, Burton on Trent, Chesterfield, Falkirk, Feltham, Huntingdon, Ilford, Isle of Wight, Llandudno Junct, Luton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Runcorn, Shrewsbury, Stevenage, Solihullm, St. Helens, Swindon, Wakefield, Weymouth, Wolverhampton, Wood Green and Yeovil.

Hey there Mr. Rana...
As much as I'd like to go for the screenings, I don't live in Britain. But, then again, based on what the movie is, I think I'd skip it anyway.
