I ORDERED TWO LOTS OF DVDS - 2 SEPERATE ORDERS BUT IN TOTAL 10 YES TEN DVDS - DUS!!!!

HOWEVER INDIA WEEKLY SENT THEM AS ONE MASSIVE PARCEL AND GUESS WHAT? NO TAX AND DELIVERY TO THE UK WITHIN 5 DAYS - THE BEST WAS FOUR DAYS ONCE!!!


LOOKS LIKE EVEN CUSTOMS ARE SHIT SCARED FROM THE BOYS AT INDIA WEEKLY!!!!!

My recent order took 12 days, that too for within US delivery. Earlier they used to give free priority mail upgrade, Now its Media Mail even though I paid $8 for S&H.

IMHO their S&H charges suck.

especially for cds makes it not worth buying!

Yes prices are great but wait till you get a faulty disc and want to exchange it for a new one.

I had this problem and the ba$tards at IW gave different replies, they refused to refund any postage costs that I would have incurred for sending back the faulty disc.

In the end I gave up cus thei sutomer service stinks when you try to return anything from the UK

why the hell UK people get most advantages yo....they get free s&h.....how come they dont do that to U.S. customers? is indiaweekly located in UK or somethin? or do they have something with UK members which they are so nice they give them free S & H??? anyways their dvd price might be cheap but when u calculate everything with S & H, it comes almost close as u buy from other sites....maybe $1 difference...oooo big deal.....SO CHEAP....MY ASS....i dont know what the big fuss is about.....if they take out S & H, then yeh that would be something big....and get this....if your dvd comes fucked up, you will have to pay extra fees to send it back and plus, they wont even refund that shit....their ans will be like "well we are also spending that much too to send you so we cant do anything about that"....that was the ans. i got when i ordered last time.....which was prob. around a year ago....

Oh u poor sissies Maybe u need to stop grumbling and order from INDIAPLAZA then you will get FACTORY FRESH dvds with Free shipping also (just dont complain then).

Now I had placed an order 2 weeks back and I am in Canada. The order didnt arrive as yet. I just called up Afzal, and Voila a replacement shipment was dispatched by him the next day ! ( RANJ pls advise ... Yeh Indiaweekly walon ko itna karne ki kya zaroorat hai ).

As for returning a faulty disc... oh dear I have lost track of all the discs I had to return .... as for BIGMAN ( i have sen u bad mouthing IW sometime back also... but when we asked you to back it up with proof u backed out..) So if u want us to believe anything pls give us Proof !
Last week I returned the DVDs of Andaz & Seeta Aur Geeta & the EROS version of BORDER... presto I am getting my prices refunded (or rather i will get some other dvds for them instead:)
Maybe you folks need to do "something else" rather than foul mouth...
Indiaweekly is located in da USA... and nope RANJ didnt get any free shipping... he did get a consolidated package... and if you "uninformed folks" didnt know, the S&H charges are more for UK customers vis-a-vis North American customers

Please provide proof that you are a real customer and then we will believe you. If you are not fake then you will have a real order number/real customer name/ real email address etc to back your statement. It has happened so many times in the past and each time a competitor tries to bad mouth Indiaweekly posing as fake customer, they back out when people ask for proof.

Why is that Indiaweekly compared to Indiaplaza. Are there only two Indian DVD shops on web ??

I have bought DVDs from Indian CD Store, Nehaflix, IW and Indiaplaza.

IW has decent prices and CS agreed, but they do have issues with S&H. When I pay $8 in my order just for S&H expect decent package and shipping option not lowest of all MEDIA MAIL.

Currently I would rate Nehaflix as comparable to Indiaweekly and even better if you can get free shipping which they do sometimes.

If you need to compare, do Apple with Apple not Apple and Water melon.

I HAVE HAD SOME FAULTY DISCS AND INDIA WEEKLY HAVE BEEN BRILL - ON ALL OCCASSIONS THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY VISA PLUS YES I MUST REPEAT PLUS SHIPPING COSTS OF ME SENDING BACK THE FAULTY DVDS!!!! THATS APRROX £5!!!!

I agree we should compare apples with apples... The problem is if Indiaweekly is an apple, pls tell me where is the other apple (and that to red-red and tasty also Ranj Please Advise:D ) on the WWW ?.. I will happily change my prefs if I find something better than IW

Satya m/f can you please do us a favor and give us a total cost comparison between Nehaflix ( the best that can come to beat Indiaweekly) and Indiaweekly..
