This one might be a bargain if you buy another DVD with Asoka from http://www.bensonsworld.co.uk/ - they have it for £12.79 (p&p is free) which is the cheapest I've seen it yet (although not checked many stores).

Better still is opening an account @ http://www.safedoor.co.uk/ - which is free to open. They give you a £5 voucher to spend on many of their listed stores one of them being Bensons World of course!

The catch: you have to spend over £15 to make use of the voucher! ???

I don’t know yet regards the quality but the announced spec looks good; anamophic,dd5.1 in Hindi and 2.0 in Tamil.. more here;

..hopefully it will be good quality disc. Time will tell.

Ok I just had a look at the sight and the pre-order special offer of £12.79 has gone, Asoka DVD is now priced at 15.99.

However this actually makes it cheaper then before to buy as if you do sign up you get £5 off any purchase over £15 so that brings the price down to....go do the math!

You mean you spoiled our one and only bargain! :bored: Only kidding :p like Awaaz says it's cheaper if you use the voucher (assuming you can still get them).

I expect the top notch super bit rate version of Gadar will be out when Jolly gets down to doing those £5.99 DVDs which he mentioned months ago.

Dont hold out much hope of either of these things happening. There is proabably more chance of George Bush joining the Al Qeda network than this happening.

Jolly how will your version differ to the pants version of Gadar done by Video Sound ?

More important who has authored the DVD ?

Are these remastered discs or are they repackaged like Tip Top Video?
