Few years ago i have seen a song of shammi kapoor but dont remember the movie name nor the actress present. The only thing i remember is the song is pictured along with lot of elephants in background and lot of crackers being exploded,

the elephants are in huge nos and they are decorated something as they are decorated in kerala temple celebrations or mysore palace celebrations ...

can anybody please let me know the movie or the song details

The film is SACHCHAAI (Shammi Kapoor, Sadhna, Sanjeev Kumar)

As guessed earlier, by JamesBond007, in this thread, it's not in movie Rajkumar. Rajkumar title song has only one elephant. Sachchaai song sequence fits the full description.
