or do you guys know any good digi cams that tke quick pics as soon as you press the button? and how is sony for reaction time?

i am going to beijing china, singapore, malaysia, dubai, and india from the end of aug till oct, so i was woundering where is the cheapest and trust worthy place to get electronics i am also planning to buy a new cell phone, and a lithium ion battery for my notebook
