Google search quickly pointed to a 2016 flop/ un-noticed film 'Fever'. Well, it 'is' and 'is-not' in the film DVD. Actually I had seen/ glanced this film video (Shemaroo DVD) long time ago and thought nothing of it. It has lots and lots of below average songs, including the 'Miley Ho Tum' sung (and perhaps also composed) by Neha's brother Tony Kakkar and runs for just over 2 min (Neha-Tony duet is over 4 min). But, Neha's version is mind blowing.

Neha's version definitely is worth including in the film extras at least.
