Sounds PATHETIC! if u ask me!!

It is like SOHNI MAHIWAL, HEER RANJHA, SASSI PUNU,kinda title!!

another YRF production..BUBBLY AND BUNTY!! HOLLY S****!!

Music..by MM! Lyrics by DUDD SAMEER!! LATA Hmm!! too old imho, to sing for main cast! Well, time will tell,,in September, what MAGIC Yash Ji has created this time after DTPH! that was liked by some, not by others!!

Movies close to Yash Ji's Hearts had been flop previously! though!

Seems like another PROPOGANDA film, but in reverse direction, might catch up on where MHN left!!

SRK, looks really OLD and UGLY, if u ask me!! But he SELLS!! for his TRY SEXUALITY! though!

Actually Arsh bhai Javed Akhtar is doing the lyrics, check out the first view posters.

I'm keeping high expectations only for the music, which I expect will be nothing less than classic....the movie itself though sounds ordinary enuf...I'll judge once I hit the theatres and watch for myself!

Yash budha himself! has a special sensitive/niche directing love stories!!I must agree!!

just a comment, Yash ji, had Uttam singh, make 100 tunes before he selected, 8-9! results were..superb!!

but no bakshi!! alas!! Javaid is ok, but becoming repetative!imho

VEER-ZAARA MUSIC UPDATE

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[DESCRIPTION

The Music of Veer-Zaara is nothing short of a classic. It brings together three of Indian Cinemas biggest legends - the late MADAN MOHAN, LATA MANGESHKAR & YASH CHOPRA together for the first time. This album is sure to give music lovers a much-awaited bouquet of timeless melodies.

With lyrics by Javed Akhtar, it features singers like Lata Mangeshkar, Udit Narayan, Sonu Nigam, Gurdas Mann, Roop Kumar Rathod and Ahmed Hussain & Mohd. Hussain. While the Audio cassette features 9 songs from the film, the Audio CD has 11 songs - including 2 additional songs, made specially for this album. These include a rare duet by Lata Mangeshkar & Jagjit Singh.

The Madan Mohan - Lata Mangeshkar combination has created history various years ago... and what's even more historic is that Lata Mangeshkar at the age of 75, has sung 9 songs composed by Madan Mohan in Veer-Zaara, thirty years after he passed away.

The Music of Veer-Zaara has myriad moods. Songs to appeal to everyone - featuring two moving emotional songs, three romantic love songs, a frothy folk song, a memorable qawwali, an inspiring song in praise of the motherland as well as an exuberant youthful song.

The audio CD pack also includes a special CD featuring the "Making of the Music" of Veer-Zaara and is must have for all music connoisseurs. Order your copy NOW!

MAKING OF MUSIC CD (AVAILABLE ONLY WITH AUDIO CD)

The Audio CD of VEER-ZAARA comes as a 2-CD pack, which also includes a special CD featuring the Making of the songs of Veer-Zaara, from the scratch tunes in the late Madan Mohan's voice, to the final renditions as appearing in the film. It is almost as if he is presenting this CD himself and explaining the tunes to the singers and musicians. It also has special commentaries by Yash Chopra & Lata Mangeshkar. This Making CD only comes as a part of the Audio CD pack of Veer-Zaara and shall not be available otherwise.

This is the reason he gave. "Okay, so I’ve a guest role in Yash Chopra’s Veer-Zaara. Please treat that as my film and give me all the credit when it gets a huge opening.”
