I think Mr. Bond made an honest error in stating that Sadhana made 19 movies in 1960, actually her first movie Love in Simla was released in 1960 so she had only one release not 19 in 1960. Hey no one is perfect not even James Bond.

James Bond is not responsible for this goof up. It's Indofilms that goofed up. James Bond just stole the misleading secret. He does have License to steal.

Actually, I wish it was true that Sadhna was in 19 films, or even more, in 1960. I was looking forward to knowing which other films was she in in 1960.

Looks like Sadhna was a favourite heroine for quite a few zulmis here. I'm sure all would have wanted to see a list of 19 Sahna films from 1960.

I think this is incorrect. I know of one super flop film PICNIC that starred Manoj Kumar and Shobha Khote (heroine, believe it or not; I saw it too in a portable theatre), released about that time. Kalpana was in it too.

Sanjay - Sadhna were together in Intequam, but it was RK Nayyar film.

Perhaps you mean Dus Laakh (Sanjay was the hero) where Sadhna might have been replaced with her cousin Babita because of Sadhna's health problems.

This is correct - the shelved film with Guru Dutt and Sadhana was called 'Picnic'. One song from the film ('Kitna rangeen hai ...') was released in a movie called 'Film Hi Film' (does anyone remember this movie?)

The song, sung by Rafi and Asha was on the soundtrack album for 'Film Hi film' and I also have a still from the movie in a book and it states that the movie was called 'Picnic' and directed by R.S. Tara.
