Can someone tell me what is so bad about pirated dvds..I dont get what pirated means? It means fake right?

could mean a number of things...

1st ...pirate from a film thats still currently being played at the cinemas or hasn't yet been released on orignal DVD !!!

2nd...pirate from a film thats has been released on DVD a almost perfect copy from the orignal DVD !!! ( but always much much cheaper than the orignal !!! )

so in a way it can be a fake and in most cases it is u can only tell the difference if u have a very top of the range home cinema set up otherwise to the naked eye it no difference if u have a reasonable set up !!!
