There was this program on television (I think bbc 2) the other night which showed trading standards officers destroying pirate bollywood DVDs and Cds.

Funny thing was the trading standards officer (he comes across as asian who has watched too much Miami Vice and takes himself far too seriously) had a handfull of Tips and T-Series DVDs and was saying the picture etc was lousy. I thought is that any different from the originals......looks like the idiot was destroying original Tips and T-Series DVDs because the picture quality was not up to scratch.

He then moaned about how the distributors were losing money as a result of these pirates and how DVDs were being shipped over from Pakistan which he said cost 30pence each and come in spindles of 100 DVDs.

Any one else catch this program ?
