I was wondering the experience people have had trying to return their DVDs once they stop working (I'm sure most of us know that this is a problem with Indian DVDs; especially with those manufactured by the equally famous as infamous, DEI): Most "retailers" (on-line or "in-store") will not take back from you a DVD that stops working after many months — receipt or none. It would seem to me, though, that it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to replace faulty discs, as it is said party's fault that a disc, properly taken care of, just ceases to work. So, who's tried it? Have you had any luck? ...Share...
