I got this info at ayngaran website:

Royal Mail
First Class Post
GBP 2.99 per six items (International)
99p per six items (UK mainland)

Recorded Delivery
One pound more than the first class postage fare

whats the difference between First Class Post and Recorded Delivery? (Is the latter certified or something?

Royal Mail has a nice website, but could figure out the difference. I did get a few Vodafone shirts last year from ebay that came from the UK via Royal Mail. However I don't recall having to sign for the package.

Recorded Delivery you have to sign for, but I think that only applies to delivery within the UK. International shipping and signing is through different systems..

Again I would recommend the Royal Mail website for all prices.
