I placed order last week, didn't received not email confirmation, no shipping confirmation nothing, nor reply to email

does anyone know if they at least ship out dvds?

I don't know if they will even talk with russian agent, may be send charlie's angels up there, they will all be running out to complete order

Try contacting them by phone. I'm not sure if the toll free phone # on their site is correct or not, but try it.

I found their customer relations very friendly and accesible (with correct ph #). They sure went out of their way to find me some rare DVDs. I have their ph # somewhere, but will have to look for it.

DVDs are delivered. I tried them calling few time but I guess no one was there to answer.

but well as long as they deliver. However, I didn't receive any type of confirmation at all.
