i ordered sagara sangamam sruthilayallu and swathi muthyam on 3 rd may they shipped on 10th may and said that it has been sent through somebody to hyderabad and will get it through local courier in hyderabad and it is 15 days the LOCAL courier has not reached me be warned they seem to be absolute rip offs as there been no response to my last mail.

can i have a contact no of this guy called nani and what can we do if i find he has cheated me help asap

My experience was good with idreams. I ordered the Okkadu DTS DVD and Naani CD.....they emailed me in 2 weeks apologizing for the delay and offered me a free DVD for my inconvience. I picked the new Nagarjurna flick and received my items soon after. I was happy with my service from Idreams...so far so good.

I am very sorry for this problem you are having. Your order was placed just when an iDream person was going to India to get Naani prints. So, he took them and shipped to you in courier on May10th in Hyderabad. They are working with the courier service to track it down. If we can't I will personally make sure you get credit or another set of DVDs shipped to you. Unfortunately, EVP is now selling DVDs without DVD cases to wholesalers, so, we decided not to sell them if they come without boxes. If we have have stock, please e-mail mailto:sales@idreamdvd.com whether you prefer anyother DVDs in stock or like to get credit.

the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and i am very happy with the product quality and i am removing my negative commnets on them .
