Hi,

I bought many DVDs from Eros entertainment and the shipping is usually quick. But I ordered "Chori Chori Chupke Chupke" and the cover they had was the collectors edition (which is supposed to be better than the other cover). They sent me the other version!!!

Also, I ordered from Indiaplaza the Fiza DVD. It was advertised as being the Sparks version (apparently the best-looking) and they sent me the Videosound version (the worst-looking)!!!

I don't understand how this works because you think you are ordering the best version and they send you the other version of lesser quality.

Please, can someone tell me what online shopping site I can REALLY trust??? It is a pity that Shemaroo does not ship outside India because they have good quality DVDs.

I would order from nehaflix but they asked me to fax them my latest credit card statement and I know that they don't need this to process an order. This is going too far I think. No other site ever asked me that and I must deal with at least 40 different sites for my online shopping.

I live in Toronto, Canada and have ordered Indian DVDs from only one site: IndiaWeekly.com and when I do and have a special request along with it I send them an email and they honor it. I am not trying to endorse them or anything but seriously I have yet to come across a problem with them. Their entire staff have been great.

I never buy with IndiaPlaza.com Their shipping is too slow many times and prices are twice of higher than other retailers. I know Fiza is released by Video Sound.

This is called the bait and switch tactics! I recently bought a couple of Venus/Rainbow titles from Nehaflix, and instead of originals thats pictured on their website clearly showing the holograms, I got dups instead and as you guess no holograms!
