DVD dhamaka has a wide range of titles at very cheap prices, but I wonder if they are any good. Do they sell genuine dvds and what is their customer service like?

As I cant get IndiaWeekly to pricematch them due to the fact they dont specify dvd brands, I am thinking of trying this site.

I would be interested in hearing from UK members in particular to determine if its going to be worthwhile doing business with this site!

I have purchased from them a couple of times. Pretty good stuff at great prices. Customer service is fine. They reply back to email within 24hrs. Their return policy of defective dvds is good too because I have used that service too. I live in the U.S though.

Thanks for the reply. Guess I will sort out the shipping charges and custom issues with them, as long as I know they are reliable and have genuine products. I wonder if they send the same brand as their dvd pictures, as they dont mention brand names or stock availability!
