DEI/ BEI's HSSH. For sure its Progressive. ($ 6.99)
Soven's OFFICER. The copy I have is Progressive. Perhaps this one is Prog too. ($ 3.99)
Soven's 1-2 Ka Four (Movie). Is it Prog or Interlaced?? ($ 3.99)

Officer DVD has Soven, Bombay Music House and Samraat signs on the cover. This DVD is Progressive.
At IW pic of 1-2 Ka Four cover, Soven and Bombay Music House is visible. Most likely this is Progressive too.

Any Confirmation??

Rana

P.S.
BTW, not an excellent review on zulm, but that might have been as per standards in those days. As per today's average quality avail on Indian DVDs, the PQ may rate very good, specially if it is progressive.

In 'those days' Video Sound were producing non-anamorphic DVDs with pseudo 5.1 sound, Eros DVDs were squashed, sometimes with pseudo 5.1, Spark DVDs were non-anamorphic. At least nowadays, all the named companies are producing anamorphic dvds of new titles with proper 5.1 sound. As has been discussed earlier, a progressive transfer does not make a good DVD - the basics have to be sorted first. And going by the preview on zulm, almost everything about the DVD was bad.

If it's not prog, it's not for me. It is anamorphic though.

I wonder, why BMH's Officer was prog and 1-2 Ka Four by BMH is not?? Both were released about the same time. If any one acquires Officer DVD now, it'll be interesting to see if it still is Prog??

BTW, I liked the movie Officer as well as it's DVD quality.

I bought this first day it was released with silver sticker of bombay music house! it is anamorphic, yes, 16x9, good picture otherwise, prob a bit squished? sound was pseudo 5.1, it was authored in haste from cinema print, and without dts 5.1 master disc!
