Was browsing yesterday and found this site sellng Bollywood dvds at really cheap prices. How good is their service and has anybody experienced problems with them b4 :thumbs: :keh:

wrote to them about 2 days ago about shipping outside usa; haven't heard from them yet. (just like IW :p)

on their help page, it's said shipping up to $4.30 for up to 3 dvds, if more than 3 dvds, shipping is free. but does this apply to everyone?

I once spoke with arun abt a shipment...to Canada and he didnt give me a solid reply as to what the shipping rates would be (like IW or ICDs or NX)... So maybe you would have to speak with them personally.

Btw if you folks didnt know, IF has the complete catalogue of EVP Dvds (Dunno abt the Hindi ones...) & Arun is a neat person also vis-a-vis customer service !

they use UPS. i can't remember exactly but for shipping 1-3 dvds, it would cost me $8.50 (5 days)...

NEVER BUY DVD's FROM http://WWW.INDOFILMS.COM!! They will cheat you by sending rented copies (that has all scratches) when you buy dvd's from them. Those guys are SICK!! Their dvd's suck!! They have the worst customer service!! If you ever wanted to buy BRAND NEW dvd's NEVER BUY FROM INDOFILMS!!

WELL!! BEWARE of ALL COMPANIES who RENT too, as they can very well, AAPKO EK DO RENTAL COPY CHIPKA DAENGE!!

BUT!! Do they stand behind their DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and ARE WILLING to EXCHANGE!! thats where the DIFF is!!?

I know STILL there is HASSLE FACTOR involved in this KINDA MALPRACTICE!! :baaa:

I am a rental member of them for the last 2 months and happy with their service so far. Before that I brought some Telugh EVP dvds from them. And all of them are new. I think their shipping policy is better that IW as shipping is free if you order more than 3 items. But I don't think they have any better prices than IW.

I ordered dvd's from them 3 weeks ago and still havent received them. I got a call 1 day after my order saying 1 dvd will be available after 1 week and the whole order will be shipped then. but 3 weeks have passed since and i have not heard frm them. I have e-mailed them and there has been no reply. I know they havent charged my CC. I am thinking maybe I should just cancel the order.

Filmibuff,

There are usually very good at answering emails although most of the replays are unintelligent at best. I have cancelled my membership a month back. I don't have any regrets for being a member for almost 4 months, as we watched 2 Telugh movies every weekend.
Only one regret though, they probably have only one copy of Devdas and other new movies as
They couldn't find a single copy of Devdas in 3 months.

Best of luck to those of you who still have rental membership with them.

As for you, 3 weeks time is unacceptable and I suggest you to cancel your order.

Had the same problem as Ganti, guess they have very limited new DVDs, cancelled my membership in a month.

Thanks..... I shall be calling them today to see if can talk to a real person and get an update otherwise the order is getting cancelled.... I just regret all that time i have lost....
