Hey all
I just ordered two Tamil flicks:
Kannathil Muthamittaal &
Annamalai

It usually takes themahal.com about a week 'at most' from the time I order to deliver the DVDs, which is good. But this time it's been over two weeks. They've sent me an email receipt with the info on it, and it looks like they charged my account, but no DVDs.

I emailed them, but as before, they're not especially known to return emails.

Does anyone have a phone number I can contact them at?

I had ordered 2 Cds in February and till todate no reply. You can call upi their web hosting service and demand that they give u a fone number . How do you get their web hosting service number ?...Try out http://www.amnesi.com

One advice..avoid these crooks (yeah I will call them now !)

My copy of Dumm Dumm Dumm was flawed, and I emailed them asking for a replacement. Never received a reply.

I say better to pay a couple more bucks and get them from Indiaweekly, with full guarantee of return as well as awesome customer service!

Hey Chaver man.....guess what..the DVDs came in yesterday!

So I guess I can't complain about not having them. I feel like we should call Electra digital anyways to let them know that themahal's customer service is run by clowns. Any thoughts?

In the meantime, does anyone care for screenshots of the Ayngaran version of Annamalai? Lemme know!

Dats good to hear, Pillai. Forget Annamalai, what happened to those screenshots of Kanmadam (Surya)? BTW, I called up Surya's office, to ask about Kireedam. Guess what, they said they are in the process of releasing Kireedam and Nadodikkattu! Now I dunno whether they were just playing along (there's no mention of these two titles on their website), but if its true, thats really great news. Sethumadhavan and Dasan, two of Mohan Lal's best roles D:

Also I'm about to place an order, need some advice. How's the quality of Chemmeen, Chenkol, Minnaram and Commissioner? Are Chenkol, Minnaram and Commissioner in widescreen (not necessarily in anamorphic)?
