I have seen Cheli. I have heard the songs only in telugu. I find them quite good even though the lyrics give away the fact that they are dubbed. If you want the mp3s, msg me in #telugu-movies or I can uplaod to any ftp

Download the mirc client ( I am presuming u are using windows only)
Then open mirc (after installing it)
Next when u start irc it will give you a default network (Random Us DALNET server).. thats where you should be connected to... as #telugu-movies is on that network
You will need a nick( use kpolina itself)
and once you u have logged on u will get a pop-up box displaying all the channels
Type there telugu-movies and press enter and Voila you are in the channel....
If Jag is there logged on.. you can message him....
You will have to double click his nick (after highlighting his nick) and then a message box will open... Unless Jag is singing..PANDU PANDU PANDU with his girl friend he will respond 
Which reminds me Jag you promised me hi quality VBRs of Gharana Mogudu, Allari Mogudu and Money ... Where are they ? Do you want VBRs (192 and above) of Premnagar, Devdasu, Misamma ?
