The keyword is "in my experience". The few times I dealt with customer service, indiaplaza was better. But as I said I dont buy from them since their prices are too high

Uh, yeah, to you, maybe. But what about the countless other people who've bought it? You don't think IW just keeps it on their site for show, do you?

Its catered to the typical Desi mentality... Most Desi folkz are not quality conscious and they wouldnt wanna waste an opportunity to save a few bucks... IW just caters to that mentality. Hence the need for this forum to educate ppl that BABA dvds are shit and have to be avoided. I can tell u that I have met ppl in other forums who think that BABA DVD quality is absolutely fabulous ! (Lil wonder that SHIT company is still thriving !)... No wonder most of their DVDs are placed under the "On sale category"... and I can it has been partly due to zulm.net cos I distinctly remember even a site like IW used to sell BABA DVDs for 19.99$ a year or so back but now most of them are under the 8.99$ category.

It would be indeed good Thakshak if you can educate your folks and ask them to spread the word that they should avoid BABA DVds at all costs !

I agree with shuman. I don't see any reason why people should argue here. Naven accused Indiaweekly of stealing money because he is not happy with their service. If he is genuine then he should come forward with his experience with IW. If he cannot present his case then obviously he is working for a competitor. As simple as that.

I have shopped with IW, IP,play and cdguru and now I shop from Cdguru and IW because the prices are right and the service is good.

I do not shop at IP because I had a bad experience with the overcharge on my credit card ( exchange rate ). I have posted the full story on this forum ages ago.

India weekly is the best in the business! They are the only ones who are willing to price match and what they will reduce it by 10%! Although shipping is a bit pricey for me, the service and prompt delivery is all worth. Sknath is not lying...

Even Indian cd store can't beat them. I had a bad experience with ICS when I ordered Lagaan and probably will not go there anymore. And I though they were good at first :(
