i got to call them cuz my HSSH dvd i ordered is freezin and Qayamat came in no package and Jism dont work Plz gimme their direct number

You actually beleive they have a direct number that they would respond to? It's all matter of contacts, bud! The ones who say that they have direct phone number, they are full of bullwastes.

Do what the rest of us do, email them and wait for their highness to respond.

Their normal procedure is for you to return the dvds, and they will definitly process your refund, but only after you email them at least 6 times with regards to it (with gap of 4 days between each email!)
