Hi zulmis,
I need ur advice in solving the problem. I ordered for a set of dvd's from Nehaflix nearly 25 days ago and I didnt got it yet. usually it takes 5 bussiness days for the package to reach my place.I mailed them thrice and got reply once stating that may be there might be problem with the post office. So i went to the post office and they adviced me that the company has notified the PO exactly about where to ship the product or some kinda stuff like that , due to which my package got struck. I mailed these people again, and asked them to take neccessary steps so as to expedite the process as I need to shift and if I dont get the package by this week it will be a wastage of my money.
But, I didnt got any reply from them. I am old customer of there site, they were good till now and hence I dont want to throw aspersions. But how can I get my package back? any suggestion's
