I recently saw 7 or 8 Hindi titles in the bargain section of Movie Trading Company, a local chain of stores selling used and new DVDs, VHS tapes, and video games. Maybe people elsewhere are selling their Indian DVDs to similar stores.

Blockbuster recently acquired MTC so maybe they'll expand them across America, but right now they're only in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
