Further to my earlier posting of problems in getting postage refunded for a faulty disc. I can report that Indiaweekly do refund postage. I have just had a phonecall from Afzal at Indiaweekly. He told me that the policy changed at the start of 2002.

He kindly offered to refund the return postage from the UK to the USA and provide a replacement disc. This is what you call excellent customer service.

As stated in my previous posting India weekly have great prices now coupled with this refund policy they are the place to buy.

aaaaaha.....u see.....before that they did not used to refund the postage.....they only give u new dvd if it comes defective....which any other retailer or the shop you purchased from will give u....so whats up now huh??? i was lying right....bigman said they said "the policy changed from the beginning of 2002"......here is the proof......well now i would say indiaweekly.com, is the best place to buy dvd/cd or any other shit.....i think i will go back to indiaweekly.com to get my dvds....its been a while i bought any :) .....lets see, how it goes....

PS: ummm i hope skynath, satya, suman are readin this since they were the big defender of indiaweekly.com :)

Indiaweekly has always refunded postage for US customers. Only for overseas customers they started refunding postage from this year. This is the reason Master_j is not able to come out with facts like bigman. If bigman can come out with facts without disclosing his identity then why couldn't Master_j?

Recently i ordered 11 dvds from them out of that lot lamhe failed to play on my dvd player. i have been told that the money will be refunded and postage will be paid

DEVDAS is a film and record number views are expected.
This is amazing more than 1200 views! Jesus. I mean something good is there need to be respected. These guys are doing their best and must be appreciated with open heart.
