BBFC guidelines means we would have to pay an additional fee as the "play all song option" constitute a separate video programme.
Thanks for this interesting tid-bit. Seems rather silly and very Indian bureaucracy like. Ah.. but then again, Indian bureaucracy is a legacy of the British.

Next year I plan to move all our Blu-ray operations onto a BD-JAVA (BD+) platform...which will allow you to create the playlist yourself - and thus bypassing the BBFC rule (without breaking it).
Thanks again for this info. I always wondered why Indian authoring companies always resorted to the rather silly and redundant method of a 'separate video stream' for the 'play all' option. This would explain it, since no Indian authoring company, atleast that I know of, has yet employed BD-JAVA (BD+). Which brings me to another interesting question, which I hope you can help answer. This is in reference to a few BDs authored by 'Digital Entertainment', the last one being 'Wake Up Sid (BIG)', that have issues playing on 'Region A' PS3s. Since Digital Entertainment is not using BD-JAVA or any advanced features on their authored blu-rays, why would such incompatibilty issues arise, that to now when the format is well into it's fourth year and is fully matured.
