dvd tranfer of the original woud not have happenen already... so close to the theatrical release!

Problem with HELLO DVD released by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment India (SPHE): Load the DVD -- let it play normally all the way upto the movie menu. Select "Play Movie" -- does the DVD play or hang? My DVD won't play... I have to select "chapter/title" from the DVD Player Menu Options. Anyone else facing this issue?
