have you seen the movie, Mr. Ali? Can Himesh act?

About as well as he can sing.

I've not seen the movie as yet, but might watch if I get some time. Cable channels like B4U are constantly running promos every 5 mins on this movie and have already self proclaimed this as a 'super hit' (what ever that term means ). From the promos it doesn’t look like my cup of tea, I’d rather watch Awarapan or even Apne before Aap Ka Surroor.

I don’t get all the dissing Himesh gets, I quite like some of his songs – or maybe one of them - they all sound they same to me

This film could be good for a drinking game. Take a shot whenever Himesh appears in a scene with a baseball cap!

I saw the film except for the last 10 min or so (Other commitments).

I expected it to be all songs, with just a hair line story to connect the songs. It was not. It's a routine Bollywood film with just a few songs here and there. I'm no judge to say if acting was good or not but characters seem to be doing fine. Not out of place or absurd. The only thing that did not seem normal was the Indian Rikshaw drivers intimidating Swiss Police, in Switzerland.

Theatre: I saw it at "Square One" DD THX certified theatre (they told me two theatrtes still have THX certification one of which is showing Aap Ka Suroor) and there was active surround.

watched Aap Ka Surroor, it’s just about ok, mystery twists and jokes keep a rather predictable story from folding completely under.

mispelled subtitles and screwed up grammar errors were annoying.

surprisingly Himesh’s debut acting isn’t bad. The crying and emotional scenes are believable and he doesn’t ham it up or go over the top.

given a better script, he could do better than some of the regular stars out there now.

Faddy, Aap Ka Surroor is entertaining and quite audaciously cheeky, although it has many loopholes, leave your brain and home and have a good laugh.

3 or 4 songs are well done by Himesh-
Jhoot Nahin Bolna (rocks!), Kya Jeena, Mehbooba, Tere Mera Milna isn't too bad either.

LOl, I'll rather go brainless to watch, chi chi/sallu!

Faddy won’t admit it but he's been secretly been listening to Himesh songs (repeatedly!) and has watched Aap Ka Surroor He's a Himesh fanboy in denial

After seeing this narcissistic film one will feel happier about personal well being and have a sudden urge to revel in the supreme power of self-aggrandizing.
