I am looking for 2 songs from an old Ashutosh Gowarikar film...Pehla Nasha

The songs are :-

1.) Tu hai haseena O jaane jaana yeh toh batana aisi akeli raaton mein mujhe neend na aaye kya karoon

2.) mr zero ban gaya hero ho gaya chamatkar, yaaron mein ban gaya film star !

Any help will be appreciated...esp Mp3s,,( min quality direct CD rip @ 128/44...but better still 160/44 and above - if someone has the CD )
