PC/J/J the expression would depend on whether Ganti is older than you or younger than you or you just want to address him formally.

Iska Mathlab Aap Hamare Padosi hain ? (Formal)
Iska Mathlab Tum Hamare Padosi Ho ? (informal)

( I am assuming u come in a pair PC/J/J :D.. if its a single element I am talking here then hamare changes to Mere...)
& then it would be
Iska Mathlab Aap Mere Padosi hain ?
Iska Mathlab Tum Mere Padosi ho ?
