Does anyone know if the film Chand Sa Roshan Chehra has ever been released on DVD or even VCD? Been trying to find it; would be grateful for any help.

I emailed Induna and they believe that it has never been released on home video but I found a VCD listing on Linux Bazaar. Has anyone ordered from them before? Are they reliable, btw I am located in the US? I have emailed them to see if they have it in-stock but haven't heard anything back yet.
