1. Who were first considered for the two brave men in Mission Kashmir?
2. Before Manisha Koriala, who was first offered her role in the film Kamoshi-The Musical?
3. Before (again) Manisha Koriala, who was first offered the role which she played in Mani Rathnam's Dil Se?
4. Before Shah Rukh Khan, who was first offered the role which SRK did in the film Darr?
5. After Aamir Khan first rejected the script of LAGAAN, which two other Bollywood celebs. did Ashutosh Gowariker approach for the role of Bhuvan?
6. Who was first offered the role which Urmila portrayed in Sunny Deol's Dillagi?

Two Bonus Questions;
1. What was one rule that Mani Rathnam set for himself as a director, and he failed to live up to that rule of his by making Bombay & Dil Se? What was that one rule?
2. Ramgopal Verma once wrote a script to which he later trashed, the film he had in mind was titled "Sarkar". Whom did he have in mind to lead the starcast of this film?

1. Amitabh Bachchan in Sunjay Dutt's role and Shah Rukh
Khan in Hrithik Roshan's role.

2. Madhuri Dixit (didn't even read his script and turned down
the role), Kajol (turned down this role to do SAPNAY, and
Manisha turned down SAPNAY to do KHAMOSHI).

3. Kajol didn't like the role...

4. Aamir Khan felt it was too negative and backed out...

5. Shah Rukh Khan

6. Karishma Kapoor didn't have dates after the movie got
delayed to start shooting!

1. Not to direct a movie in Hindi

2. Paresh Rawail

Just thought I'd add something.... Sunny Deol's 'Dillagi' was originally titled, 'London' and was to be directed by Gurinder Chadha. Unfortunately, Sunny was pissed off when he saw the rushes back in 1997 and fired Chadha (made himself director).

I know this, as in those days I was working on the sets of 'London' (mostly extra). Originally, 'London' was a love triangle between Sunny-Karishma-Bobby, set in London. The film was very lame, even Karishma slagged it off!

<span style='font-size:12pt;line-height:100%'>Answers</span>

1. Amitabh Bachchan {Inayat Khan} Shah Rukh Khan {Altaaf} (they turned the roles down, because they saw Yash Chopra's Mohabbatein as a better opportunity :baaa:)
2. Madhuri Dixit {Annie} (She basically didn't think much of Sanjay Leela Bhansali at the time, whereas Sanjay Leela Bhansali thinks she the best actress of all time)
3. Kajol {Meghna} (She would have accepted the role, but had date problems with Pyar To Hona Hi Tha at the time)
4. Aamir Khan {Rahul} (I think the reason was because Yash Chopra opted for Shah Rukh Khan later on before the film began shooting and dichted Aamir Khan)
5. Shah Rukh Khan, than Abhishek Bachchan {for the role of Bhuvan} (SRK rejected LAGAAN, because he was giving concentration to Asoka, I have no clue why Abhishek rejected a role of a life time. Apparently, Ashutosh redeemed the script a lot better and went back to Aamir Khan and the rest is history ;))
6. Karisma Kapoor {Shalini} ("Sunny Deol's 'Dillagi' was originally titled, 'London' and was to be directed by Gurinder Chadha. Unfortunately, Sunny was pissed off when he saw the rushes back in 1997 and fired Chadha (made himself director)...Originally, 'London' was a love triangle between Sunny-Karishma-Bobby, set in London. The film was very lame, even Karishma slagged it off! what Rahisha said)

Bonus Answers;
1. That one rule? Not to repeat the main starcast twice for any of his films. Mani Rathnam re-casted Arvind Swamy in Bombay after Roja. And he re-casted Manisha Koirala once again in Dil Se, after Bombay.
2. "Sarkar" *ing Amitabh Bachchan & Shah Rukh Khan (and this was confirmed in an article interview with Ram Gopal Verma in TimesOfIndia)

Thanks to all those who took a shot at these questions, well done to ya if got some/them right. I will try to come up with more innovative quiz(s) later on. Thanks Again!
