Has any one ever checked out this movie with Om Puri and Jimmy Mistry,,,Man this one is riot, IMHO its better than Bend like Bekham and Bollywood Hollywood, and Monsoon Wedding put together....

You have'nt seen this one you must check it out.....

The others you can buy the dvd off amazon or if you have multi-region player buy R2 and you'll get extras with it...

This is really a good movie. I recently bought the DVD off of DDD for $10.

Who is it you bought it off "DDD"? was it an original from MiraMax

A couple of screen shots from R2 East Is East's Chaudhvin Ka Chand clip were posted by Ali ages ago (early days of old zulm forums). They were posted trying to compare YRF Chaudhvin Ka Chand DVD to what a top class DVD should be.
Any volunteers to search them??

(BTW, East Is East has been shown on North American TV a few times)
