A very disappointing transfer of possibily the best film in the Dev Anand - Zeenat Aman collection, second only to the classic, Hare Rama Hare Krishna.

Eros has provided black bars on the side. Does it mean that they have preserved the original theatrical aspect ratio?

No. My guess would be that it just means that for the mastering of the DVD, Eros used a print that was damaged on the sides, so they chose to crop the sides a little to make up for the damaged print.

I didn't expect Eros to be so bad! They work better for new movie DVDs. For films like hddcs, rangeela, etc. they have no respect or they are too lazy to restore and present them well.

Is there more than one edition by Eros?
Meanwhile , there's an edition by T-Series. Hope the quality is better than the others. :wotever:
