RUN TIME:
DVD main feature Run Time is just under 114 min; (Cover says aprpx 115 min) May 14, 1979 Censor Cert for 35mm film @ 3348 meters.
What's the run time for a 3348 m 35mm film??

Came across an old VHS copy of Manzil. This too was 114 min.

May be Manzil was only 114 min long??

Any confirmation if 3348 meters of 35mm film equals 114 min run time??

Shemaroo's recent trend is too re-edit DVD's for DVD releases including Teen Devian, Manzil & Ayee Milan Ki Bela, really don't know whats their reasoning but it really sucks!

Exactly Rana.
Last night I watched the DVD of Manzil.. There is a certain portion of the film which I feel has been cut from the DVD !.. Its when Amitabh is charged for the conspiracy of supplying defective galvanometers.

How does the case come up ? How is he charged ?
How does Amitabh finish the job and submit the repaired products to the customer. There is a dialogue Shreeram Lagoo says at the end "
Isiliye kaha tha pehle is party ka order pura kar do.."... I could never find these scenes in the DVD...

But yeah.. the 4 songs are just a gem...Have to still rip them :D

Nope, it was Shreeram Lagoo. The last scene of the movie...where the truth of the plot of 10000 Rs is revealed.. I found that also kinda abrupt !
