you guys expect it to be better than the HARD TO FIND DEI version?

I wonder if it has an English dubbed 5.1 audio (highly doubt it) like Mission Kashmir. I might just order this.

i think i am ok with my dei version at least that has some special features, but it would be interesting to compare this version to the dei version

I ordered it from Futureshop.ca here in Canada but its Sold Out .. On the first day of its release .. I highly doubt that but still I am waiting for it and once I get it be sure I will I will post screen shots unless someone else gets it before I do.

On the back cover it mentions its 16:9 Anamorphic Widescreen and right below it says Letterbox .. end result its letterbox. I have tried to match the screenshots of the ones Ali took for the DEI vs Video Sound. In the end if you can find the DEI 2 Disk go for it, otherwise this one doesnt disappoint but there are no extra features and its not 16:9 but its slightly stretched so that it looks good on a 16:9 tv.

Im the kinda guy who if I love a film will buy the alternate version aswell just for the sake of completing the collection!!!!! So I'm gonna get this version too.......and then the blu ray version too........!

Comparison shots:

** Overall the DVD in PQ is very similar to DEI and its not squished but rather stretched

** Cant compare the audio with DEI since I dont have that disc, but the audio on this DVD is pretty darn good 5.1

Just realised, not that I or anyone cares, that Pathfinder also released the Sunny Deol-Priyanka Chopra-Preity Zinta fare The Hero. I found it on their website when I was looking for any other Bollywood flicks they released.

It looks like formated to fit your WS ANAMORPHIC DISPLAY, same way, I have seen ORIGINAL dupes, of Hollywood films and other anamorphic films, every one looks tall and slender!

and disgustingly this is version submitted to western audience
