I dunno if i got a faulty disc, but my Nastik(DEI) DVd looks like a badly dubbed Bruce Lee film!!! :angry:
Anyone else got this problem with the sound coming 1 second after the action??

Most old Indian films are dubbed bad anyway and then some players sometimes exaggerate the lip sync problem. When I watched Nastik DVD I didn’t notice the problem (more than the usual).

I have also received the same lip sync problem in the middle of the movie, though the transfer is brilliant.

Does anyone know if BEI has fixed the lip-sync problem from DEI DVD?
If not, can anyone post screenshots or comment on the audio of the shemaroo version?

No, Sorry haven't found another DVD of Nastik. I think it was only a batch of the DEI ones that were messed up. My cousins copy is perfect.

Spark (DEI repackaged) has no problems with lip-sync but Apollo (DEI repackaged) has

just got the Spark (DEI/BEI repackaged) version,
it STILL has audio problem which wasn't corrected by either BEI or Spark from DEI error. This is only in the middle portion of the movie. It is corrected after the rain song with AB and Hema, just as DEI.

maybe your not watching as closely.
try and find the scene where amjad khan is target practicing with gun and amitabh returns the car, quits his job as driver, and shoots a target aswell. This is one scene where u can easily spot lip sync problem.

If not, Where did u notice the audio problem originally?

mines is good as gold, no problem

checked the scene u pointed out, no probs at all

only version i know with lip-sync problem was apollo/bei version
