Abhishek finally appears in K3G

Here’s reason for K3G fans to rejoice. The DVD of the blockbuster film will soon release.

And director Karan Johar has revealed that the scene with special guest Abhishek Bachchan which was omitted from the film will be added on the DVD.

I just feel soooo sorry for the many and many people who bought the pirated and shit print K3G DVD. Because once the original 2set DVD comes out, word will get around about this DVD and Abhishek Bachchan's special appearance in the film, and many of those who bought the pirated will feel soo stupid having a copy of the film which doesn't feature AB jr. A Karan Johar slap on the face of the pirated K3G DVDs.

probably more people will feel sorry for you cos you probably believe k3g dvd is going to be good and will wait and wait after delays & delays like a dog wagging his tongue waiting for the dvd and then when released you'll get slapped by a crappy quality dvd and the pirate guys will laugh in ur face silly!

i just got a very good quality of k3g, in its original widescreen format and proper 5.1 sound!! go to any asian video shop and the pirate is being sold by the bucket load, how stupid do yrf and karan ji feel now? all they needed todo was release a decetn single disc version first and then do a collectors edition later on, but some people are just too far from reality.

and another thing why the f*&" would putting ab jnr in make you feel sorry for pirate dvd owners of k3g, i for am grateful got a copy of the film in good quality without the disgrace that is known as ab jnr in it (wot the geezers real name is) man that guy sux big time!

DVD Collector, why would you feel sorry for people who bought the pirate? Its their choice if they wanted to, no need to pity them. Pirate versions help fill the need of the consumer until the official version of the DVD comes out. Sometimes it takes months, even years for a DVD to come out, and even when it does it may be a disappointment. You dont hear people saying " I am so disappointed in the pirate version of the DVD that came out three days after the movie premiered in theaters " now do you?

well not really, I think people whould have loved to see AB jr. in the film, and since it will be presented in the original DVD (regardless of quality). People would love to own the original DVD with Abhishek's appearance. Thus, I still would feel sorry for people with the pirated K3G DVD. But I do see your point as well, But I guess it also depends on what you look forward to.

evidently, the reason why AB jr. appearance in the film is so special is because it would be the first film to see AB, ABjr, and Jaya Bachchan in one film. If all 3 are in the same scenes or not, I don't know, but its definitily a treat to see them together onscreen In my opinon. And I woulnd't consider Abhishek a bad actor, the guy just has been choosing wrong roles reccently, I think he will take everyone by surprise in Priyadarshan's Chandarshaker Azad

I feel sorry for them because, people should realize when a DVD of a film release within days after the Theatrical release of the film, they should know that the film/DVD is not real. I assume they must, because its common sense the producer don't release there films on VHS/DVD days after the theatrical release. Why would they? Its bad business for them and distributors they sell there films to. Exluding Eros, because they believe they can fight priacy by releasing there films on DVD/VHS just days after a films theatrical release. But Eros DVDs in most cases are just horriable, even there supplements aren't even to exciting compared to YRFs DVD supplements. Incase of YRF, they provide excellent supplements on most of there DVDs which are worth a watch. And if people love K3G soo much, they should wait for the original product, they should do even a little bit of reserch to find that out as well, where they can get more than what they desire on the DVD.
And I certainly don't blame you with your quotation, because its true sometimes. I'm not all against priacy, it sometimes does provide better DVD quality enjoyment than most originals. And most original companies should take these issue into consideration and it would certainly help them elimiate their completition. But I personally am not into DVDs at most of the time for its quality superior sound/video. I'm also into DVDs for the supplements. I love to know the background of the films I like. YRF do a great deal of digging to even get supplements for there black and white film DVDs. And no piracy and NO DEI could have brought this type of experience into DVDs/classics.

well said DVD Collector, i see where your coming from. I did like AB jnr in refugee but other rules hes done have been poor. I would def get the official dvd too (i currently have a pirate also, a very good one) but at the moment these are unconfirmed stories, i don’t really trust YRF tell you the truth there quality does sux but I agree there are the only ones that provided good extras on dvds, well good compared to the rest. im guess that they’ll include AB jnr scenes as additional extras, maybe deleted scenes section and not in the main feature but guess we’ll see when its released, sometime when my hair starts going grey!

Are there good pirated copies available? I only know of the bad ones released during first few days.

Good meaning, with better picture, widescreen and 5.1 sound? I am in Toronto/Mississauga... anywhere I can get hold of these good priated ones?
