Dino, Tanisha badly hurt

Actor Dino Morea and Tanisha, Kajol's sister, have been severely injured in a road accident at Kullu Manali.

The Qualis in which they were traveling rolled down into a 15 feet ditch near Preet Hotel, two kilometres away from Manali on Tuesday morning, police said.

They were shooting for Pawan Kaul's Shah. The vehicle was reportedly being driven by Kaul, who suffered a skull fracture. Morea and Tanisha suffered eye injuries. Morea is said to have multiple fractures.

The two will be flown to Delhi.

Actress Bipasha Basu, Morea's friend, has cancelled her shootings and left for Delhi.

This is frightening! Geez, Dino's career has taken off and Tanisha's hasn't started yet! I hope both of them get better!

I think, the Director of the movie, who also was driving the car, is in worst shape as he has fractured ---. (Its fractured elbow, not skull as I wrote earlier in this post)

When mishaps of this nature happens it is always a sad affair.
Glad that they are out of danger.

Thank God nobody seems to be in critical condition! Despite a rumor of Morea having been killed, apparently he is ok, no?

What gripes me about the newer (Times of India) article is that they said that there were 5 people who were in the car (all injured), yet they only mention four people: Dino, Tanisha, Pawan Kaul, and Gaurav Kapoor. Who is the other person and how is he/she? We, the public, demand to know.

SHIMLA: Actor Dino Morea and actress Tanisha who were injured in a road accident in Himachal Pradesh were flown to Mumbai on Thursday, while director Pawan Kaul was booked for negligent driving.

Doctors said Morea had received seven stitches while director Kaul's elbow was fractured. Another actor, Gaurav Kapoor, suffered minor injuries. Tanisha received a deep cut below her right eyebrow.
