It's hard to even believe that this film has some deleted scenes as its theatrical duration is nearly 4 hours long. What else was there about this film that didn't make it to the final stages?

The deleted scenes will contain some scenes showing the Hakim or Gauri's father not able keep up with the other younger players during a race.

Lagaan's film lenght is about 225 minutes (3 hours 45 minutes)long. This is the longest Hindi film since HAHK.
